Registration/Cruise Start Points

We have two cruise start locations operating from 9:00-10:00am.

1st Card: Collect your first card between 9 & 10 am at

Hoppers Stoppers - Nevada Ct Hoppers Crossing – 9748 6950
Or
Overland Drive Narre Warren (rear of McDonalds car park)

You choose which location suits you best. At registration, the dealer will deal your first card, provide your cruise map and info and then you’re all set to cruise to Sea Works in Nelson Place Williamstown where players will collect their 2nd card at the entry gate in Ann St. Cruise convoys will depart both registration locations at 9:30am sharp!

2nd Card: Williamstown Collect it at the entry to Sea Works.

The second card in your hand will be provided at the entry to Sea Works in Ann St [left off Nelson Place] Williamstown. [Melways Ref. 56E9]. All children in entrant’s cars will receive their special playing card on arrival. They will use this to play their own card game at 1pm for some great prizes.

Cannot make it to one of our registration locations?
Then go straight to SeaWorks at Williamstown and register at the gate from 10:00 am. Not before please, as we'll all be busy inside setting up for the day! Please note however, that players that have already registered at the two cruise start locations will be given priority access to the reserved parking. The paved car park inside Sea Works can hold around 220 cars, and includes a large jetty right out into the bay which is used for very unique entrant parking. The SeaWork’s crew will be manning the Pirates Tavern providing beverages as well as a BBQ. There are many cafes & pubs along Nelson Place are only a few minutes stroll away. The monthly craft market will be in full swing nearby at the Gem Pier Park.

1:00pm - The 'Flop'

At the Let's Go Cruisin' tent, at 1PM sharp, we will draw the 'Flop', that is, three cards from a fresh pack. All players will share these three cards, with the two collected earlier. Even if your first two cards don't look like winners, don't despair as your hand can quickly become a winner when the 'Flops' three cards are added. We'll have lots of prizes for winning hands, but you must be present at the draw and come forward immediately to claim any prize. We reckon just being there will be a winning deal!
Poker Players Children
All registered Player's children in the entrant's car on arrival at SeaWorks will receive a 'FREE' playing card and can use this to participate in a 'Draw Poker' game with some great prizes. This will take place during the 'Flop' at one o'clock. Safety First - With the venue being adjacent the Bays edge and the pier area we request that your children be under adult supervision at all times.

LGC Cruisers

There will be a special Cruisers Draw at this event so make sure you get your name into the bucket for some great giveaways. Drawn at the 1PM flop.

The '$500 Entrant’s Quick Draw' – 3:00 PM

Here’s a second chance to win in the Poker game. After the ‘Flop’ at 1pm, place one of the two playing cards you collected at the cruise starts and the entry gate, that are both marked with your unique entrant number into a box located at the LGC tent. At 3pm, we’ll draw one card from this box and if it’s yours you’ll be taking home $500 in CASH!!
Conditions are that you have the matching playing card with your unique entrant’s number that matches the card drawn out of the box AND your car is present at the venue still. We’ll ask you to drive your car up to the presentation area and then collect the $500. So don’t pack up early and head home after the ‘Flop’, enjoy Williamstown’s unique attributes, grab some lunch, enjoy the live entertainment, but be back at 3pm for the $500 ‘Entrant’s Quick Draw’. Last year’s winner is still excited!

Entry Cost

Players - $5/hand. Limit two per car.

Public Admission

We will allow public admission again this year. The pedestrian entrance will be via an entry door at the front of the Sea Works building fronting on to Nelson Place. There will be an admittance fee of $5/adult. Children accompanied by adults will be admitted free. Children not accompanied by adults will not be admitted. This is due to the venue being adjacent the Bays edge and the pier area requires children to be under adult supervision at all times. Monies raised from this event will be donated to a range of charities deserving our support.

LGC is VicRoads approved for red plate events for all CR, H & SR vehicles. Just have a copy of this event’s flyer or a copy of this web page with you.
